Select people that will most likely engage well within a group, have diverse backgrounds, have relevant experience and are interested and motivated to make connections. Careful selection of participants will ensure a successful ERT.

While who you invite will vary based on the overall objective of the event, this is not a high-pressure sales event. Instead, the idea is to create a circle of positive influence around your organization to drive connections and referrals.

We’ve got you. Strong facilitation is key to a successful ERT and Susan is the ideal facilitator. We ask that you help greet participants as they arrive and assist with introductions. Otherwise, we are happy to lead the event from start to finish.
That’s completely up to you. We find participants feel the experience of a nice meal with engaging conversation is gift enough, but if you prefer, a branded notepad and pen might be a nice touch. We are happy to collaborate with you to find the best solution for your event.
Absolutely! The location and format of your ERT is only limited by your imagination. A few ideas just as examples:
